The listing of a second Stokesmans luxury home in the Bronx that sold for more than $1 million on Wednesday is the latest in a string of high-profile transactions in the neighborhood.
The listing was on the second-floor of the three-story home, which is in the Stokesmann neighborhood in the city’s Bronx borough.
It is not known what the buyer paid for the home.
The sale was completed on Oct. 16, 2017, just a week after the city closed all public beaches and public parks.
The city said it planned to reopen the beaches, the parks and public beaches to the public for at least six weeks.
The city closed public beaches, parks and parks for at most six weeks in the wake of the Oct. 1 mass shooting in Las Vegas, which left 58 dead and more than 500 injured.
